Policy:
1. Non-halal food such as pork, alcoholic drinks strictly not allowed in the house
2. Deposit RM 100, also served as Security Deposit to reserve booking, to be paid upon booking upon request by homestay owner/operator.
3. Security deposit ONLY will be refund back thru bank in AFTER check out.
4. FULL PAYMENT MUST settle prior to check in.
5. Receipt will be given for every payment made.
6. CHECK IN time is 2pm & CHECK OUT time is 12pm.
7. Strictly NO PETS ALLOWED.
8. 50% refundable of deposit for 7 days advance cancellation notification.
9. NO REFUNDABLE for last minute (less than 7 days) cancellation.
10. Key missing, vandalism, items missing & dirtiness, each will be deducted from security deposit.
11. Slightly cook is allowed such as cook Instant Mee.
